1, 3 Dimethylamylamine
This is one of the components of Jack3d that makes it different from the rest and makes Jack3d the best pre- workout drink. There is no enough studies showing major side effects of this component, however it is suggested that side effects such as headache, nausea, paranoia, and lightheadedness may occur. Beta Alanine
Beta alanine is also a safe supplement and is one of the components of Jack3d. It is recommended to limit the use of supplements which contains a great amount of beta alanine because this may cause tingling sensation on the skin- which is said to be not harmful even continued use of up to 4 weeks. Beta alanine is an essential amino acid and is added to Jack3d to reduce fatigue.

Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG)

Diabetics should be cautious enough in using Jack3d which contains a minimal amount of Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate or AAKG and may cause some gastrointestinal problems. Caffeine
Jack3d also contains caffeine which is the major stimulant of the supplement. There is about 100 mg of caffeine in Jack3d which is also called the major enhancer in Jack3d. It is known that those who are still starting to use Jack3d should begin with ½ or 1 scoop to get used to its stimulating effects. It is however safe when it is used properly, not exceeding the prescribed dose. Caffeine side effects in Jack3d might include being restless, nervous, sleeplessness, disturbances in the gastrointestinal tract, flushed face, frequent urination and tachycardia or rapid beating of the heart. Until the obese' diet is worked out, large doses of caffeine are not recommended.

Creatine Monohydrate Powder
Creatine is proven to be safe and effective. This can be used long-term. There is not enough creatine in Jack3d so there are recommendations of adding up to 2.5g more of creatine will help you increase your work-out plan and will not harm you. Take note that creatine has no documented side effects. However, increasing fluid intake may help in preventing dehydration, regardless of it having no side effects at all.

Schizandrol A
Jack3d also contains Schizandrol A which is from a plant, Schisandra chinensis used in Chinese Medicine. It is known that Schizandrol A provides stimulation to the mind and the body. Little is known about the side effects of Schizandrol A, however studies shows that this may cause heartburn which is mainly because of the fruit itself.
